Blood Pressure Concerns

After several months of 10 hour days in a health-care office and living on Taco Bell "fast food" I noticed that my blood pressure is the highest it has ever been. I decided to see if and how far I could bring it down, starting today. Beginning tactics:

  1. Quit Fast Food
  2. Eat Sardines in Olive Oil
  3. Jog or run more often at 25 minutes per session.
  4. Jog at least 3 times per week.
  5. Avoid red meat
If this has no effect I will further cut calories and increase exercise time and intensity.
