Blood Pressure Concerns
After several months of 10 hour days in a health-care office and living on Taco Bell "fast food" I noticed that my blood pressure is the highest it has ever been. I decided to see if and how far I could bring it down, starting today. Beginning tactics:
Stay tuned for blood pressure updates!
- Quit Fast Food
- Eat Sardines in Olive Oil
- Jog or run more often at 25 minutes per session.
- Jog at least 3 times per week.
- Avoid red meat
