I just wanted to thank Columbia River Knife and Tool. They had sent me a free replacement for a sturdy neck chain that came with my "Bear Claw" knife I had bought from them some years ago before they were nearly as popular as they are now. I had contacted them by email explaining how I had finally lost the chain and did they still have them(?). They sent me a brand new one, free of charge.
